We offer reliable shipping services to every home and business across the United States (Excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Your flooring will arrive safely and efficiently, with options tailored to your needs.

Standard Shipping

For smaller orders, we use trusted carriers like FedEx or UPS Ground. Larger orders, including those up to 8 feet wide, are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. Most LTL freight deliveries include complimentary liftgate service in applicable areas and convenient curbside drop-off.

You can typically expect your order to arrive within 2 - 7 business days. We'll send you a tracking number via email, and tracking details usually update within 24-48 hours.

Enhanced & Expedited Shipping

Need your order sooner? We've got you covered with enhanced shipping choices:

  • Typically your order leaves our warehouse in just 1 to 3 business days.

  • Next Day Ship: Place your order before 2 PM EST, and it will ship the same day or the next business day.

Free shipping options may be available for both Quick Ship and Next Day Ship, depending on the specific product and its availability.

Calculating Your Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of your order, as well as the delivery distance. We partner with multiple reputable delivery companies to ensure you receive the most competitive shipping rates.

Delivery Options Explained

Choose the delivery method that best suits your needs:

  • Curbside Delivery: Large shipments are securely placed on a pallet and delivered to your address. The shipping company will coordinate the delivery date and time with you, and the shipment will be left at the curb.

  • To the Door Delivery: For your convenience, shipments are placed on or near your doorstep. You can manage specific delivery preferences online using your tracking number.

Transfer of Liability & Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped 'FOB Origin.' This means the title of the goods and the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer immediately upon transfer to the carrier. Any claims for delivery delays, missing items, or transit damage must be filed by the customer directly with the carrier.

Dispute Waiver

By completing a purchase requiring a freight carrier for delivery, the customer waives the right to initiate a credit card chargeback for any issues related to shipping or transit damage, provided the company provides proof that the correct items were picked up by a carrier.

Customer-Arranged Freight

If the Customer elects to arrange their own carrier, Rubber Flooring Store's responsibility ends the moment the carrier signs the Bill of Lading. We are not responsible for any subsequent claims.

Important Delivery Expectations

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please keep the following in mind:

  • Someone must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the shipment and sign off on it.

  • For curbside delivery, the driver is not responsible for unloading the shipment into your home.

  • Inspect your delivery carefully before signing. In case of any damage or missing pieces, make sure to note it on the proof of delivery (POD) and take photos or videos
