Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be a STOCK PRODUCT in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at cs@rubberflooring.store. Indicate the reason for your return. All returns will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number will be issued prior to your return and should be written on the package. 

All returns are shipped at the original purchaser's expense and should be shipped (with proof of purchase) and carrier (UPS, FedEx, LTL etc.). The location of your return will be determined once an RMA is issued. 

Rubber Flooring Store is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced shipments. It is recommended that you ship your return with package tracking to verify final delivery.

RESTOCKING FEE

A minimum 20% fee will be deducted from the original purchase price (less the original shipping cost) for each product returned.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom orders or special product offers unless there is a manufactured defect. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on closeout items or items purchased with promotional codes.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded - a 20% restock fee on your original payment method for the product within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
